Rocktown Graze began with simple Friday night date nights between my wife, Emily, and me about four years ago. I started making mini charcuterie boards to elevate our evenings as we relaxed, laughed, and enjoyed our favorite shows. Those nights became our tradition—special moments that brought us closer together. Inspired by that feeling of warmth and connection, I launched Rocktown Graze in 2025 to share that experience with others.
